Transportation

Airport transportation and shuttle bus to and from The Sevens Stadium will be in Arabian Adventures luxury coasters or coaches. They come with bottled cold or room temperature water which is replenished after each trip. Arrive into Dubai Airport and meet our airport team, who will be holding a paging board with your team name and logo before immigration. You will be escorted through baggage collection and customs, where you will then be taken to your shuttle bus which is waiting to take you to your chosen hotel. The shuttle service to and from The Sevens stadium will also be in our Arabian Adventures luxury coasters. We will organize the schedule suited to your needs, whether you require the bus to collect and drop off from different areas in Dubai to and from The Sevens stadium, to the timings you require, the service will be at your disposal for up to 12 hours per day.

Visa on Arrival

If you are from any of the following nationalities, you do not need a visa to travel to the UAE. However, you do need to have 6 months validity in your passport to travel. Upon disembarking at Dubai Airport, please proceed to immigration where you will be stamped with a visa on arrival for the following list of countries:

Visa to Apply

If your nationality is not on the list above, you must apply for a visa at least 30 days prior to arrival to the UAE. To apply for a visa, we require

• Your passport copy (Picture page, in colour and in Jpeg format)
• Passport sized Photo (in colour and in Jpeg format)
• Visa application form filled out and send back
• AED365 / US$100 per person per application (non-refundable regardless of success of the application)
• UAE Tourist Visa will only be arranged for clients booking there accommodation and transfer with Arabian Adventures.

Please note that your passport must have a minimum of 6 months validity in order to apply for a Visa. Visa process takes between 3-5 working days and is valid for 30 days from the time of entry to the UAE.

Morning desert dune drive

Experience a morning desert safari in Dubai. Enjoy a morning in the desert with plenty to see and do. Leave the city behind and explore the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve.

• Our safari guide will collect you from your hotel in a 4-wheel drive vehicle on Thursday, Friday or Saturday
• Drive to the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve where you will take a morning dune drive with the chance to spot desert wildlife
• Stop for a camel ride
• Try sandboarding in the dunes - just like snowboarding but on sand (weather permitting)
• Relax at our campsite and enjoy a light snacks

Evening Dhow Dinner Cruise

Arabian Adventures offers a dhow dinner cruise in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Experience dinner aboard a traditional wooden dhow – a great way to see the cities by night. Cruises are available in Abu Dhabi and in Dubai at Dubai Creek and Dubai Marina.
