Frequently Asked Questions
Check-in Anywhere is available for all non-transit passengers travelling from Dubai International Airport. Your check-in location should be in Dubai or Sharjah - check-in outside of these zones is available, however, subject to availability and additional charges.
Check-in Anywhere is not available for:
• Passengers travelling to the United States or Israel, either in transit or as a destination
• Unaccompanied minors
• Passengers requiring medical assistance
• Passengers travelling with pets
• Unconfirmed bookings
No, but you are welcome to add airport transfers to your booking on the marhaba website.
Land and Leave provides passengers arriving to DXB with the flexibility to depart the airport without waiting to pick up their checked-in luggage. Instead, our team will pick up their luggage and deliver it to their home, hotel or office.
Land and Leave can be booked by passengers who are arriving to Dubai International Airport (DXB) and then travelling to a location with 55kms of the airport. Passengers who have booked Land and Leave are required to share their baggage tag numbers so they can be collected from the carousel, cleared through customs and delivered to the customer’s location specified at the time of booking.
Please note: All luggage at Dubai International Airport passes through x-ray screening operated by Dubai Customs. If Dubai Customs or any other regulatory authority wants to further inspect any luggage, we will contact the passenger who must then return to the airport, as per Dubai Customs requirements, to be physically present at the time of inspection.
Check-in Anywhere is a remote check-in service allowing passengers to complete pre-flight formalities from their home, hotel or office. With Check-in Anywhere, our team will tag and collect your bags, provide your boarding passes, and transport your luggage to the airport ready for its onward journey.
All passengers must be physically present at the chosen check-in location for this service, ready with valid passports and identification materials for inspection by our check-in agents. Each passenger is responsible for ensuring the size and weight of the luggage is within their booked allowance as per the airline’s luggage allowance policies. Check-in of customer luggage is completed by an authorized check-in agent on behalf of the airline.
Check-in Anywhere and Land and Leave services are available for passengers departing and arriving to Dubai International Airport (DXB) and Dubai World Central (DWC) subject to Terms and Conditions.
Yes! We will share images of your bags at every touch point via email, including at the chosen pick up location, post loading in the van and dispatch from the baggage belt.
Yes, you can choose your cabin seat when you check in with our check-in agent.
You can change or cancel your booking for free up to four hours before the time of your scheduled home check-in time. For any changes, please contact us at +971 800 627 4222 or email marhaba@marhabaservices.com with your booking details and requested change. In the case of cancellation, refunds will be processed to the original payment card within 14 days.
If you change or cancel your booking within four hours of your scheduled check-in time, you will be charged a fee.
If your bags have already been collected, you will not be refunded and you will be charged a fee to return your bags to you
