From the entrance to the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve, the Arabian Adventures guides will drive your group through the dunes to camp. While the kids learn how to build their tents, we’ll prepare a delicious barbecue dinner. After a hearty meal, it’s time for a night-time nature stroll where you can spot wildlife and enjoy stargazing in the tranquility of the desert.
On day two, you’ll start with a hot breakfast before a morning nature walk to see the desert in a different light. Take part in a desert clean up, then go camel trekking and sandboarding down the dunes. After lunch at camp, you’ll explore the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve Visitor Centre to learn all about wildlife, heritage and conservation. Then it’s time for an exciting GPS treasure hunt. After dinner at camp, we’ll have fun on a team building activity and end the day toasting marshmallows around the bonfire.
On day three, it’s breakfast and a falcon show. Then we’ll break down the camp and head to the Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve gate to end your fantastic desert adventure.

- Shared tents for two children and single tents for adults. You can also bring your own tents if you prefer
- There are no showers, but we have toilets and washrooms at the camp

- Casual clothes (shorts, t-shirts, long trousers or leggings)
- Practical shoes with sturdy soles and covered toes (flipflops or sandals are not recommended)

- A small backpack or shoulder bag
- Snacks in a resealable bag
- Change of clothes necessary for overnight stays
- Sleeping bags (not provided)
