Sky Views is Dubai’s latest destination for unique and thrilling adventures. The Sky Views Observatory is located in floors 52 and 53 of the Address Sky View Hotel and it features a 25m-long glass floor and exceptional views of the Burj Kalifa and Dubai.

You can also experience unique adrenaline-raising attractions including an outdoor glass slide at 219.5 m and a thrilling air-walk experience.

Sky Views Observatory in Dubai delivers extraordinary adrenaline-inducing experiences, claiming its rightful spot as one of the go-to attractions in Dubai. Located near the heart of Downtown Dubai across from Burj Khalifa, Sky Views Observatory is a futuristically designed podium at 219.5 meters above Dubai. It features a stunning 25m-long glass floor and exceptional views of Dubai and the Burj Khalifa. Admire the city through a panoramic elevator with glass on 3 sides.

Sky Views Observatory offers unique adrenaline-raising experiences including an enclosed outdoor glass slide taking you from level 53 at 219.5 m to level 52 at 215.5 m and the Edge Walk, a thrilling hands-free walk taking in the sweeping views of Burj Khalifa while defying gravity.

If you'd like to refuel a bit after your adrenaline-filled visit, you can enjoy a delicious dining experience at the Panorama 52 restaurant, as you indulge in spectacular views of the magnificent Burj Khalifa.

Know before you go

When visiting Sky Views Observatory, guests should dress modest in comfortable clothing (avoid flowy dresses and skirts, flip flops, or any kind of long and loose clothing). Please tell the Sky Views Observatory staff of any health conditions, which may be relevant to your visit.
Please note minors under 18 years require the consent of their parent/s in person.
Weight requirements for this experience is: 50 to 100 kg.
Height requirements for this experience is: Between 130 – 210 cm.
Sky Views Observatory Dubai can be accessed via The Address Sky View hotel.
For the Edge Walk, please note that the last admission time/entry to Edge Walk is 30 Minutes before the booked time. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the scheduled visit.
Please notify the Sky Views staff of any pre-existing health conditions, including any physical limitations or medical conditions including but not limited to; neck weakness, back weakness, broken bones, heart conditions, nervous disorders, motion sickness, epilepsy, or if pregnant.
