- Guests participating in the Sky Slide experience must be between 1.2m - 2m in height, and 30kg – 150kg
- We recommend that guests wear comfortable clothing for this experience, including modest dress

- The staff for the Sky Slide will provide you with a full briefing about how to use the slide
- Your Burj Khalifa Sky experience includes refreshments
- To avoid disappointment, it is highly recommended that tickets are booked in advance for this activity. At The Top is one of Dubai’s most popular city attractions, and immediate entry tickets are of limited availability each day
- Guests who purchase tickets for Burj Khalifa Sky are welcome to enjoy Level 148 for up to 30 minutes, with the experience then continuing at Levels 124 and 125
- To access the At The Top Burj Khalifa experience, guests should navigate to the Lower Ground floor (LG) of Dubai Mall, following signs for At The Top. Tickets will be available to collect from the main At The Top counter. After collecting, proceed to the attraction and present the printed ticket
- Children between the ages of 4-8 are subject to child pricing. Children aged 3 and below can access the activity for free
- There is a luggage room available for guests to store baby strollers, lighters, e-cigarettes, laptops, and any sharp items not allowed inside the attraction
- Tickets for At The Top Burj Khalifa Sky are available up to 120 days in advance
- Outdoor access at Level 124 and 125 may be restricted during poor weather conditions. The decision to restrict access or close the activity entirely in cases of inclement weather are entirely at the discretion of Burj Khalifa

Sky Views Observatory is open between 9am – 2:30pm, and 7pm – 10pm. Last entry is at 9pm
Cancellation policy
- Tickets for the Sky Views Observatory are non-refundable and non-transferable. Tickets for At The Top Sky Levels are only amendable at the discretion of the host and cannot be refunded.
