Know before you go
- To avoid disappointment, it is highly recommended that tickets are booked in advance for At The Top. At The Top is one of Dubai’s most popular city attractions, and immediate entry tickets are of limited availability each day. Dubai Aquarium does not require a booking slot and can be attended at any time on the same day as At The Top
- To access the At The Top Burj Khalifa experience, guests should navigate to the Lower Ground floor (LG) of Dubai Mall, following signs for At The Top. Tickets will be available to collect from the main At The Top counter. After collecting, proceed to the attraction and present the printed ticket
- To access the Dubai Aquarium, head to the Ground Floor of the Dubai Mall where you will be greeted by a sprawling glass facade to give you a first glance at the marine wildlife waiting within the Aquarium
- Children between the ages of 4-8 are subject to child pricing. Children aged 3 and below are welcome to join At The Top for free
- Visits are estimated to be approximately 30 minutes
- There is a luggage room available for guests to store baby strollers, lighters, e-cigarettes, laptops, and any sharp items not allowed inside the attraction
- Souvenirs for At The Top are available to buy in the gift shop located on the 124th floor
- Outdoor access at Level 124 and 125 may be restricted during poor weather conditions. The decision to restrict access or close the activity entirely in cases of inclement weather are entirely at the discretion of Burj Khalifa
Opening times
- Admission to the Dubai Aquarium is available between 10am – 11pm on weekdays, and 10am – midnight on weekends
- Tickets to the Dubai Aquarium can be redeemed at any time during the day of your visit to At The Top
- Last entry to the Dubai Aquarium is 10:15pm on weekdays, and 11:15pm on weekends
- At The Top Burj Khalifa is open 7 days a week between 7am – Midnight on weekdays, and 5:00am – Midnight on weekends
- Last entry is 11:15pm every day, prime hours are 3pm – 6pm
Cancellation policy
- We understand that plans can change. If you are no longer able to make these experiences, please cancel your ticket at least 72 hours prior to your booked time slot for a full refund. No-shows or late cancellations are unable to be refunded
