The Modern Dubai City Tour is a window in the world of New Dubai. The tour showcases the man-made side of the city, borne out of the vision, ambition and imagination of the leaders of the UAE. On this tour, you’ll see the most instantly recognisable sights and landmarks of Dubai up close.
Your city tour begins with a pickup from your hotel or residence, with the first stop being the lively Bluewaters Island. Here, you’ll capture incredible views across Jumeirah Beach Residence, where the cool blue sea meets golden sands and a backdrop of stunning high-rise buildings.
Behind Jumeirah Beach Residence is Dubai Marina, home to Marina Walk. Amongst a small arcade of local shops and restaurants on the water are plenty of photo opportunities. From here, we’ll head for the trunk of the Palm Jumierah and onto the monorail which will make a stop at Nakheel Mall for The View observation deck.
The View Observation Deck provides 360 degree, panoramic views over the Palm Jumeirah, an alternative angle of Jumeirah Beach Residence, and a direct eyeline towards downtown where both Burj al Arab and the Burj Khalifa can be spotted. Surrounded by blue skies, this is a truly incredible view that gets better from every angle. Further into the distance, you may catch a glimpse of the Museum of the Future or the Dubai Frame on a clear day – that's where the tour heads next.
The Museum of the Future and the Dubai Frame provide amazing photo opportunities, with their unique and eye-catching structures being like nothing else in the world. The Museum of the Future has previously been voted the world’s most beautiful building, and it’s clear to see why when you take a closer look at its incredible architecture. The Dubai Frame acts as a window into both the old and the new sides of the city, proud of its past while being optimistic for the future.
Downtown Dubai is the final stop of the Modern Dubai City Tour, and it’s time to enjoy some record breakers. Whether it’s the world’s tallest building, the Burj Khalifa, towering above you in its full majesty, or it’s the world's largest shopping centre, Dubai Mall, opening in front of you for endless shopping and entertainment, you’ll be experiencing something that cannot be experienced anywhere else in the world. At this point, you can explore Dubai Mall at your leisure and even add the At The Top Burj Khalifa experience to your itinerary.

- Please note, this is a full day tour lasting approximately 12 hours. Starting times for the tour are flexible between 8am – 10am, depending on guest preferences
- We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, including walking shoes, for this tour
- If At The Top Burj Khalifa is added to your itinerary as an optional extra, a transfer back to your hotel or residence at the end of the tour is not included
- Please note: an AED 200 surcharge will be added for pick-ups from Abu Dhabi, Ras al Khaimah, Umm al Quwain, Al Ain and Fujairah.

Cancellation policy
- We understand that your plans can change. Please contact our team at least 24 hours before your activity to discuss your booking, should you wish to cancel. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your activity is due to start, we will unfortunately be unable to process a refund
- If you would like to keep your booking but amend the day of your tour, we will work to accommodate this. However, we cannot guarantee availability
- Our operating schedules, routes and activities may be adapted during the holy month of Ramadan, and during the summer months. Please check before you travel if your tour is during the relevant periods
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our or our suppliers’ control may result in cancellation without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or alter activities in such situations. Should a sudden unforeseen circumstance affect your scheduled activity, please reach out to our team to discuss next steps
