Please note that this tour lasts approximately six hours. Start times are flexible between 8:00 am and 10:00 am, depending on guest preferences
Pick-up times for this tour are approximate and may vary. To avoid any delays, please be ready in the hotel’s main lobby before the scheduled time and inform the hotel concierge that you are waiting for an Arabian Adventures tour pick-up
We recommend wearing comfortable clothing, including walking shoes, for this tour
If At The Top Burj Khalifa is added to your itinerary as an optional extra, a transfer back to your hotel or residence at the end of the tour is not included
Please note: an AED 200 surcharge will be added for pick-ups from Abu Dhabi, Ras al Khaimah, Umm al Quwain, Al Ain and Fujairah

Cancellation policy

We understand that your plans can change. Please contact our team at least 24 hours before your activity to discuss your booking, should you wish to cancel. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your activity is due to start, we will unfortunately be unable to process a refund
If you would like to keep your booking but amend the day of your tour, we will work to accommodate this. However, we cannot guarantee availability
Our operating schedules, routes and activities may be adapted during the holy month of Ramadan, and during the summer months. Please check before you travel if your tour is during the relevant periods
Unforeseen circumstances beyond our or our suppliers’ control may result in cancellation without notice. We reserve the right to cancel or alter activities in such situations. Should a sudden unforeseen circumstance affect your scheduled activity, please reach out to our team to discuss next steps
We reserve the right to cancel your booking if full payment has not been made at least 2 days prior to your scheduled activity
We reserve the right to amend schedules and bookings if business operations require
