Complete with a thrilling drive through the dunes, an unforgettable camel ride and a picturesque breakfast stop, our Morning Desert Adventure is a spectacular reason to start your day early in Dubai.
Your experience will begin with pick-up from your hotel or residence in Dubai. You’ll be taken to the staggeringly beautiful Dubai Desert Conservation Reserve (DDCR) in an air-conditioned 4x4 vehicle before enjoying a thrilling drive up, down and across its rolling dunes.
Throughout your morning in the desert, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to spot fascinating native wildlife – with the help of our expert guides.
You’ll then take your place atop a majestic Arabian camel and head off on a memorable trek through the rugged, striking terrain of the DDCR. Led by an expert camel shepherd and keeping to a steady pace, you’ll get a true sample of the local culture as you admire sensational views from your lofty vantage point.
After this, you’ll have the option of an exhilarating sandboarding session. Those seeking an adrenaline rush will receive all the necessary equipment and a comprehensive safety briefing before taking to the sandy slopes. Feel the wind on your face as you sweep your way down colossal dunes in a truly unique experience.
It’ll then be time for your breakfast stop in a stunning location among the dunes, where you can relax, admire gorgeous vistas and snap incredible photographs. You’ll be treated to a delicious breakfast box as well as soft drinks and refreshments, a fitting end to a memorable morning of activities.
A return transfer to your hotel or residence in Dubai is included as part of your Morning Desert Adventure, so you’ll return to the city in an air-conditioned vehicle - still buzzing with excitement from your once-in-a-lifetime desert safari.

Know before you go
- We recommend wearing comfortable clothing for your Morning Desert Adventure, including sneakers/walking shoes and modest dress
- Temperatures can fluctuate in the desert quite quickly. Warm afternoons can turn into cool evenings, particularly in the winter months. Please take this into account when deciding what to wear for your Morning Desert Adventure
- We recommend wearing sunscreen for your activity, and packing a pair of sunglasses and a hat

- While we endeavour to show you as much wildlife as possible, we cannot predict the movements of every species. Therefore, if some of the animals change their plans, we can’t guarantee you’ll spot them.
- Please inform our team of any existing medical conditions before joining us for your Morning Desert Adventure. Where necessary, we will work to make alternative arrangements for certain activities to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of all guests throughout the experience
- Restrooms are available on the activity.
- Please note, expectant mothers and guests with pre-existing medical conditions are unable to join us for the dune drive section of the experience, but are invited to join us for all other excursions.
- During the Holy Month of Ramadan, water will continue to be available to guests. However, we kindly request that it is consumed in our vehicles during daylight hours. Water may not be consumed outside during daylight hours, however there will be plenty of opportunities to drink in the vehicles throughout your experience. Speak to your tour guide if you have any questions.

- Children: 5-11
- For children aged between 2-5 years or under 135cm, a private vehicle must be booked and details shared at the time of booking
Cancellation policy
- We understand that plans can change. If they do, please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your activity. We will not be able to process refunds for bookings cancelled less than 24 hours before your activity starts
- Full payment for your booking is required at least two days prior to your activity. If payment is not received before the expected date, we reserve the right to cancel your activity
- A private vehicle must be booked for children aged between 2-5, or under 135cm, and details shared with our team at the time of booking
