As businesses become increasingly aware of the benefits of corporate leisure activities, we have continued to add to our range of team building activities.
Designed to improve workplace productivity and win the appreciation of both staff and management, these activities foster key values like planning, coordination, communication, leadership, innovation and collaboration. Set in novel environments that are far removed from everyday office spaces and stuffy classrooms, participants learn valuable skills that be easily integrated into their working lives.
Working to specific objectives, schedules and budgets, we can design half or full day programmes for corporate groups of any size.

In the Desert
- Desert Duel
A series of mental, physical and logical challenges set in the desert, and designed to suit explicit objectives.
- Treasure Hunt
Teams head into the desert with maps and clues to unravel a series of intricate puzzles and lead to buried treasure.
- Prize Giving Ceremony
At the end of the team building activity, the group comes together at a sunset stop to reveal winners and award prizes.
- Dinner and Entertainment
Post sunset, the group can relax at an exclusive desert campsite to enjoy a barbecue dinner buffet and traditional Arabic entertainment including belly dancing, henna painting, camel rides, and sheesha or water pipes.

On the Water
- Legaine - The Arabian Diver
The luxurious motor sailing yacht built as a gulet or schooner accommodates up to 30 people, and is an ideal venue for team building activities. Featuring three distinct sections and a team of onboard chefs, the Legaine is fully equipped with teaching aids, video projector, and sophisticated entertainment systems. Working to specifications, we can design creative, bespoke programmes that include sailing, scuba diving, snorkelling, swimming, fishing and water polo.
- Dhow cruises
Our tours aboard traditional dhows (wooden sail boats) alternating between Dubai's most historic sites and its most modern architecture. With a wide choice of timings and activities, the dhows can also be booked for the whole day for team building exercises. All dhows are equipped with premium audio visual equipment, and can accommodate a maximum of 110 guests.

- Secret Staircase Trek
A popular morning trek at Dibba leads to two secret staircases built into a cliff, exploring two villages, understanding local culture, and some unusual photo opportunities.
- Cycle Qasr Al Zaiba
An afternoon cycling tour set on the seafront takes in a renovated fort, date plantations, an ancient graveyard and some breathtaking scenery.
- On the Mountain
A morning paddling session on a kayak takes in secluded bays, stunning beaches and traditional fishing villages.
- Rock Climbing for Beginners
At a great setting by a dam, instructors introduce technical gear, and teach climbing techniques, climbing knots and belaying, before leading upwards on single pitch routes.

At the Beach
The UAE has a stunning array of beaches dotting its coastlines, and serve as some of the most popular venues for team building exercises. Working in partnership with select hotels, we can organise Beach Olympics, water sports competitions, or other team activities, followed by an award ceremony set over a barbecue on the sands.

Across the City
Our Treasure Hunt is a frequently requested activity, with participants engaging their skills across various parameters to emerge winners. Teams have to explore a city on foot (or by car during the summer), visit historic landmarks, uncover clues, solve puzzles, and find a treasure. The day can conclude with dinner on board a traditional dhow, or at one of Dubai's fine dining restaurants.

Team Drumming
Our drumming events help transform teams into healthy working communities in many different ways. During drumming, participants experience powerful moments of connection and bonding with their colleagues. Group drumming encourages both lateral and logical thinking, and enhances problem solving. It illustrates the importance of diversity and tolerance by transcending boundaries of language and culture, and instils a sense of camaraderie. Not surprisingly, drumming broadens listening and communication skills. Irrespective of practice, rhythm comes easy to everyone, making everyone equal. And finally, it is a pleasing activity that reduces stress and anxiety.
The events we design directly address the nature and purpose of a team building exercise, its specific objectives and desired outcomes. Our sessions can range between 10 minutes and a few hours. While short session serve a vital role as an icebreaker before or during a workshop or group session, longer durations lead to practical results for teams of people who need to work together more effectively. Weekend workshops incorporating drumming can be used as incentives for staff achievement plans.
Drums are easily transportable, and our drumming events can be held in any environment, be it at formal team building sessions or leisurely corporate gatherings.
