Arabian Adventures is part of the Destination and Leisure Management division of Emirates Airline. With offices in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Fujairah as well as associates throughout the Gulf, we specialise in providing destination management services of an exceptional standard, and are perfectly placed to meet all of your requirements.

With over 300 professional, multilingual staff, we're equipped to provide your clients with a wide range of tailor-made services - from planning, contracting hotel space, arrival and in resort assistance, transfers, to organising and operating exclusive excursions and safaris. Languages spoken by our staff include English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Arabic, Japanese, Russian and Korean.

Organisation
Our four separate units work closely together to effectively meet requirements of the inbound travel industry. 
Reservations (FIT): provides dedicated staff to each of our tour operators
Contracting (FIT): undertakes the negotiation of rates and allocations with hotel and other suppliers. 
Operations: is responsible for all client contact staff and in-resort services in addition to running our fleet of vehicles. 
MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences and Events): provides the full spectrum of related services to this demanding market segment.  
Business Development: anticipates the needs of customers, responsible for product development and determining promotional and advertising requirements.

A world-class fleet
We operate our own dedicated fleet of modern, luxurious, air-conditioned vehicles including 50, 28 and 18-seater coaches, 4WD vehicles and light motor vehicles.  All are meticulously maintained and are outfitted to the highest safety specifications.  

All Arabian Adventures vehicles are equipped with cooler boxes, fire extinguishers and first aid kits and are fully insured. 

Our private car and limousine transfers are secured through an international car rental company.   

Safety First
The safety, well-being and security of our clients, partners and staff is at the heart of everything we do. All our drivers and safari guides are fully trained in first aid, fire prevention, trauma management and defensive driving. Stringent food and hygiene standards are maintained on all tours, safaris and activities. In case of an emergency, 24 hour Family Assistance is available.
