Important Information

• All safari prices include meals and soft drinks, unless otherwise stated. Please refer to details provided in box on each page.
• We operate our own dedicated fleet of modern, air-conditioned vehicles. These include 50, 28 and 18 seater coaches, 4WDs (which can take up to six passengers, excluding the driver) and light motor vehicles. All are meticulously maintained and are outfitted to the highest safety specifications. By law all safari passengers must wear seat belts while the vehicle is in motion.
• Since our safaris involve off-road driving, passengers should not participate if their health or pre-existing medical conditions (including heart ailments and back problems) may be adversely affected. For this reason, we regret that we are unable to accept expectant mothers, passengers with back conditions and passengers under the age of six or over 65 years of age.
• Please read the Safety Card held by the safari driver/guide in the vehicle before proceeding on the safari tours.
• Passengers are reminded that photography of military and some government installations is prohibited. With respect to local customs, always ask before taking pictures of Arabs and do not photograph Arab ladies.
• Seating on all tours and safaris may not be pre-allocated. During safaris, seating for passengers within one four-wheel drive vehicle will be rotated. Most of our vehicles are equipped with telephones providing a constant link with other vehicles in the group as well as the safari base.
• Operating schedules and routes of some of our tours and safaris may change during the Holy Month of Ramadan and the summer months.
• We offer a 50 per cent discount on coach tours only to children between two and 12 years of age.
• Pick-up and drop-off for all tours and safaris are from Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman and Khor Fakkan hotels, except where specified. Please check with your Arabian Adventures representative for the supplement for pick-up/drop-off for hotels in other emirates.
• All tours, safaris and special interest activities listed on the website may also be booked on private basis. Special tours are also available from Ras Al Khaimah. Please contact your Arabian Adventures representative for information and prices.
